Great Eating

Well we decided to go and have a different takeaways the other night and it was so good we ended up going two nights….Watch Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download

Pita Pit (fresh thinking – Healthy eating) Fantastic I have to say, I loved it as with the wife. We each had the Falafel regular size, the price was right and it was so fresh and tasted great… healthy too.

Go treat yourself as the menu is healthy and its a great meal.

Windows Ten

I have been running Windows 10 on both the Desktop and Laptop.Watch The Channel (2016) Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download

My concern with the laptop is that my DVD/CD drive isn’t anywhere to be seen… I ended up going back to the Windows 8 system as this was on the laptop when I purchased it and of course the DVD/CD drive works, this is an external drive.

I decided not to give up and I have finally found a fix!

Just uninstall the driver in device drivers, reboot and install the driver again and you’re in business.

This has taken some time to sort but happy as now. I enjoy Windows 10 and have found it great.

Another concern on the Desktop is if you leave the computer going after a while you can’t get the start menu up and running and you need to right click on the menu and restart to fix this, It’s a pain as I prefer the system running 24/7 due to having a weather station going.

it’s been sometime but hopefully will find a fix.

Over all Windows 10 seems to be the system so far to use. (for us at least)

Easter

Happy Easter Everyone!

Hope your all enjoying it so far, I am as we have stayed home so far as I don’t want to venture out due to no idea if I have a job next week…. Nothing worse when you have no idea of what’s going on in that respect. My last job was the same when over a long weekend it was all doom although we had a heads up on that one.

Anyway we have basically stayed home watching movies most of the time which has been great. Getting some computer work done and other bits and pieces.

Weather has been a mixed bag though, mind you we love the cloud and rain…..

Work tomorrow and Sunday off then back again Monday although Wed Thur and Friday off. Each day as it comes I guess.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend people.

Not A lot Happening

We have not been up to much lately.

Went to our favourite restaurant the other night and had a lovely dinner. Have to say the staff were great at the beginning but it went downhill quickly as plates were left and I was rushed to finish my meal….

The food was great though. Endless coffee which we enjoyed and the dessert even better.

Looking forward to Easter weekend although not a lot happening so will be mostly reading hopefully.

Family Visit and Drive

Had a great day out today visiting family, was great to catch up and spend a few hours out of Auckland itself even though we have done in the past few days.

Nothing like a change.

Headed out and thought the traffic maybe a little busy as the Kumeu show was on and we had to pass through here to get to family abode.

GPS soon sorted out the traffic situation and it only took 50 minutes for the 50 k trip 🙂

Had great food and coffee and of course a good chat etc. Both enjoyed the visit thanks Narida and Lez.

On the return we decided to do the scenic tour 🙂

On the motorway we just missed an accident however the traffic was almost clear by the time we got to the location 🙂

Again thanks guys for the lunch.

Honeymoon Day Four

Last day at Tairua so up fairly early and we had already decided to head north to Hotwater Beach and via Coromandel to head home (Auckland)

Got to Hotwater beach and found a few already out and about although it looked like they all stayed the night.

Lovely beach however it was just a stop to have a quick look.

Off to Whitianga and we stopped to look at the local area for a short break and to stretch legs etc, Great drive around the shoreline was good views and a rather big town as we had thought it would be a small place but considering it had Countdown, New World, The Warehouse etc it was very good.

Heading through the Cormandel forest and ended up again traveling in places along the shore with great views stopping on occasion having a break and taking pictures along the way with a small stop at Coromandel.

Again some breath taking views along the way and great driving even though the roads had been winding around some sharp corners all in all really nice day though.

Ended up driving to Thames and had a break with lunch at a cafe with a great coffee as always 🙂

The trip was a good trip travelling 270k’s all up and arriving back home in 6 hours from start, we took it easy and stopped at times for breaks and enjoying the scenery.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and the time away and hope to do it again in the future. I will post a summary of the complete trip from our honeymoon soon with added pictures.

Honeymoon Day Three

We decided to get up and out before we were pushed out the door by the cleaner 🙂

Headed off firstly to the popular surfing area and spot of the Beach Hop – Whangamata!

We decided to get out and walk the main street and ended up in the local information centre oh no we thought as we ended up being hounded by a guy from England that worked here telling us all about the local area. Nice guy but really over the top.

We ended up going to a local cafe that he recommended which was by the local surf club and almost on the beach.

$42.00 for lunch and I was expecting something great however I was disappointed although Julie’s was good 🙂

After looking around we decided to head on back however found the sign to Waihi so turned around and headed off to this area. To be honest a great drive lots of winding roads road works but good scenery however once we got to where we were going it was a bit of a let down as not alot to look at and we figured the beach would be just like any other 🙂

We however did go to the local mine tours for a pit stop and break after getting some fuel!

All in all a great drive all up and of course great time together as always.

Got back to the motel for a well deserved rest and done some local looking around and of course photos.

Honeymoon Day Two

Today we got up after the lovely cleaning lady decided to give us the hurry along at 10:30am stating it’s the end of the cleaning for the day so if we want our unit serviced we needed to vacate sooner rather than later, the information book states servicing of the units are from 10:00 till 1pm so what gives there we thought….

Off for a drive we thought, 1st stop, a hop to Pauanui across the bay however we drove 🙂

It’s nice but not a lot going on however a pleasant drive all the same, while here we had been hungry however things aren’t always open…..

Off to Thames we figure…. Was a good drive and enjoyed the scenery too…. ended up at Subway and we both enjoyed the food, best I have had to date! Had a look around good to see but we must be used to the BIG smoke!

By this time we decided what the hell we are on holidays so ended up going to Paeroa and of course had to take a picture of the L&P bottle 🙂

By this time we thought it’s been a good drive and the weather has been great. Ended up driving back to the unit for dinner 🙂 both had a fantastic burger and chips…. yummie!!

Above is the over all travel, really enjoyed the day 🙂 Tomorrow we are going South and North so watch this space…

Married

Finally we done it, Married at long last. The best day of my life!

Julie and I Mr and Mrs.

It was a great day and we would like to thank my Mum and Sister for putting on a fantastic morning of great food friendly atmosphere and just a great day for our day.

Marriage is a life time commitment and we are both committed to each other, we love each others company and are just so good together.

I love you Julie Carss.

Getting Close

Been busy the past week or so getting ready for the big day…

We have both been spending quality time together and been to Denny’s for dinner which enjoyed very much as the size of the meal was fantastic. So many pieces of fish, really well worth going and of course better still I had my wonderful fianc’e.

Been having our Middle Eastern meals as well although we have been thinking of finding another as these guys are getting a little slack lately.

Time is a ticking and the Big day will be here soon! Can’t wait!
