It’s been such a long time since I have updated this blog… Slack I know however like everyone else I have or should I say we have been busy. New start, new job, new life style, yes, it’s all happened in the last few months 🙂
New life style is due to releasing over 20kg feeling better than I have in a long time, feeling like I’m twenty again 😀 It’s taken three months with very little exercise to be honest but it’s all working out well, less medication no insulin 😀 😀 blood tests have been fantastic for us both and we are very happy with how it’s all going… Better still we are earning residual income yes an income for being healthy what more can you want! If you’re interested ask 🙂
Started a new job 🙂 The yard closed I heard although I left before hand as the writing was on the wall. Getting paid on time now 🙂 and loving the work. In the Auckland CBD but I have gotten used to it so all good 😀 Will add to this in the next day or so…..
At work and it’s cider time! 😆😆
At work hoping to sell a 🏎 or two however it’s fairly slow these days. Have got a few Suzuki Swifts imported that has just arrived not bad prices so hopefully once these are ready for sale we may get busy. So slow at the moment I have been thinking of washing some vehicles 😎
Wanna buy a car!
So people it’s Day Light Saving as of today.. Hope you all had your clocks forward and you are looking forward to that extra light in the evenings 😀
It’s been raining here at Cheap Vehicles (work) most of the day and yet people still come in to look at vehicles, you know if people come in when its weather like this that they are serious in purchasing a vehicle.
Looking forward to dinner tonight.. Takeaways and it’s middle eastern night tonight which we enjoy when it’s good, it’s a nice drive too even in the wet.
Cleaned my car yesterday that was silly as it’s rained since! Mind you good exercise to be honest even though at the time I didn’t think that mind you it showed in the afternoon/evening with bsl checks of low! Haven’t had that for some time now so things are working well!
After today just one day left of work until I have my two days off 😀 the days go fairly fast for me now a days so glad of that as previous they seemed to go rather slow…… It will be nice to spend time home with my lovely wife 🙂
Has anyone seen the New Zealand movie called Hunt for the Wilderpeople
We watched it last night however I fell asleep not sure that it was due to the movie however the wife had said it was an okay movie (I’m sure she will comment on it) 😀 I may have to watch it again when I’m more awake 🙂 We enjoy watching movies so you may see the odd one coming up from time to time.
Ok so I’m going to have a bitch!
To be honest it’s been one of those days/weeks at work where if anyone does something it’s a big deal… this is no exception…..
There is a drive at our main yard where by all customers drive into the yard to park easy for people with brains…. right…. not so for this guy, parks right across the drive so no one else can get in and park to look for vehicles what’s that about? Really! is he that thick… Oh yes he is he’s one of those think guys with no brains and wears grass skirts in the weekends. Pisses me off when people are this ignorant and doesn’t give a flying !@#$$% about anyone else apart from himself oh and what’s he after…….. A vehicle but only has $3000 to spend, get a life and don’t come back.
There I had my rant for the day!
So yesterday the boss said come in late as I want you to go to the bank before you come to work… Bank opens at 9am Saturday so I had an extra one hour plus up my sleeve! I thought that was a great deal…
Slept in and a lovely breakfast with my wife and off I went to the bank, its the same bank as I bank with hence why he got me to deposit the funds into my own account….. Anyway I was the first in the line 🙂 Good stuff I thought.. Got to the teller and he asked what I wanted to do.. Withdraw please I stated, how much he asked, 21k please I said.. Oh sorry we can’t do that as you need to organise that amount in advance… Deep breath from me…..
At the end of the day after some threats of closing my personal account along with other accounts the guy went to see his manager and ended up agreeing to the withdrawal for me though this was a rather large and busy bank in a large and busy shopping complex so why is it in your own bank they don’t allow that amount as a rule to be withdrawn over the counter. I realise it is a large amount however I’m the one walking around with such a wad of money in my pocket which I have to say doesn’t in the least excite me however I rather do it here (Sylvia Park) than in Manurewa which is the usual place we have to withdraw large amounts.
Things just aren’t that easy these days even with modern technology with us at hand. Yes sure a cheque would be easy but who uses cheques these days?
