What a great couple of days...

Neice has been ova with her kiddies having a BBQ and we all enjoyed each others company.

Done a spot of caching and the neice got right into it by finding a couple of caches and one that we had to go back for so all in all it has been a great time. Is good to enjoy everyones company and have fun at the same time.

Looking forward to Friday as I have it off and me and the neice has a date.... Yip a date to go geocaching together. Role on Friday!

What a week of it....

Busy as always at work which I must admit I'm enjoying that as the days go fast and I feel things are getting better each day.

Day before yesterday Debbie and I was going for our afternoon walk after work. We have a circut that we do and takes around 30 minutes. Have been doing this for some time now. Anyway as we were walking I received a text on my phone from a worker at work asking for me to phone her on her cell phone as she had a problem and was unsure of what to do. Now this person is my health professional and is a social worker...... She tells me the power has gone off at the complex and she is stressed and doesn't know what to do... Mean while Deb and I are walking along and next minute I noticed Debbie trips and spills to the grass.

What happens next you ask.. I have to run home and get the car, turns out Debbie after taking her to the Hospital now has a moon boot on her bloody foot as her ankle took the fall. Oh boy she's off work again.

Last night I just got off my scooter as I returned from work and I get a text just as I get off from a mate around the corner having internet problems. That's OK I thought as this should take 15 minutes so raced inside and told the family I will be back soon. Deb reminds me it's shopping night.... 3 hours later I return so we take off to get our shopping, arrive back home all four of us and I ask someone open the door please.. Oh wait we find no one has the door key #%$%^&*^*

Shit your kidding me I think.. Nope for real so here I am look at the 2 story house thinking ladder, open window.. Nah ladder too short. Both daughters go to the neighbour  at the back of us and they said we will phone the landlord and see if he has a spare key.

Found the landlord does and will be here later as he lives over the nothshore #$#$%&* 10pm we finally get in the house.....

What a bloody week!

Had a great day out yesterday.. Deb and myself went off around 10am for a spot of caching along Greenhithe Bridge this is called the war zone with many many caches to be found along this area.

It's a war zone between the North and West..... We strapped our gear to ourselves just Deb and I... Off we went from Hobsonville to the bridge tracking down all the caches. What a lot of fun we had too. Really enjoyed the day with sunburn in hand we had to stop after a couple of hours for lunch (fish and chips) and a drink (water) more walking more looking more logging.

Fantastic!

Going out again today as we need that 50!

What a last couple of days for us at work.

Yesterday evening Deb and I went to the head office xmas dinner and was a bloody great night, glad we went.

Deb took her guitar and gear so she could back up the band we had and it was great!

Today we again went in at 8 in the morning to again help put everything together at the park across the road with again live band great food and even better company! Wow what a day was really good had a great time and all had fun.

Rather sore though after helping out but well worth it
